it shows no chats on some articles,and I can't even post a chat
- Every page on Wikipedia has a "Talk" link at the top, next to "Article", "User page", "Project page" or whatever the page is. For some articles the talk page has not been created yet (because no one yet felt a need to talk about that article), but you can use that link to create it yourself.
