You probably shouldn't have mailed it to that list but, if anywhere, to the functionaries list. That said, it's normal for it to bounce. I believe someone monitors bounced messages and decides what to do about them, i.e., pass them on to the list, respond, etc. In any event, it's really a moot point as I declined your CU request.--Bbb23 (talk) 01:04, 14 October 2015 (UTC)
