Duplicated "Atrocities against ethnic minorities in Biafra" section in "Nigerian Civil War" article

Hello, Ibua.

In the Nigerian Civil War article, I noticed that a section that you wrote, "Atrocities against ethnic minorities in Biafra", appears in two places in the article: here (I'll call this the War copy because it is placed inside the "War" section) and here (I'll call this the Reckoning and legacy copy because it appears inside that section).

The content in both sections is word-for-word identical, beginning with "Minorities in Biafra suffered atrocities..." and ending with "...by both sides in the conflict.¨

This is the history of the two copies:

1. You created the sections "Ethnic minorities in Biafra" and the War copy in the "War" section: [1]

2. You blanked "Ethnic minorities in Biafra" in the "War" section with the edit summary "wrong section" but left the War copy in place: [2]

3. You copied "Ethnic minorities in Biafra" and the Reckoning and legacy copy into the "Reckoning and legacy" section: [3]

In step 2 above, did you intend to blank the War copy but overlook it? If this is the case, I would be glad to complete the step if you don't have time. My intent here is to have only one copy of the section in the article: the Reckoning and legacy copy. That copy seems better integrated with the material around it than the War copy.

Thank you for your contributions to this article.
