European junior leagues

Italy and england have junior leagues, but not one with a promotion/relegation system. In Italy, all Serie A & B clubs have the junior teams in the top division along with about ten Serie C (C1/C2) in four regional groups. In England, the older youth players play in the reserve leagues based on the region of the country the club plays. The junior leagues are also based on regional play. In Germany, there three regional leagues in the Junior Bundesliga with a promotion/relegation. In the Netherlands, I think their junior leagues are based on what division the club is in (similar to England) and is more or less a reserve league set-up.
