- This IP address has been used by a long-term hoax/nuisance editor who is not permitted to edit in any Wikimedia project. - You should keep in mind that in Italy almost every IP address is dynamic, blanket bans like this are rarely going to work. I've been put behind this NAT by my provider for the time being but it's likely going to change if I just turn off my router (which I'm not yet doing especially for the purpose of answering here).
