Indeed, but the Jordanians also attacked and conquered the Jewish quarter in Jerusalem which was, according to the partition plan, a neutral zone controlled by the U.N.
Likewise, Mishmar Hayarden in the North of Israel was attacked by Syrian forces and Revivim in the Negev and Negba in the Southern sea-area of Israel were attacked by Egyptian forces - all were part of the Jewish state according to the Partition Plan. The Arab forces were mostly content with staying in the Palestinian area but they also tried to attack nearby settlement (and bombarding further settlements) and declared that they are going to conquer all of Israel. This makes it an invading force in both stated purpose and many incidents where they actually tried to invade places within the Jewish state.
