Hello

Please stop adding/removing a single space in edits. It's disruptive because it clogs up the edit history. Mori Calliope fan talk 14:32, 5 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Mori Calliope fan, I didn't find the rule that I broke. Can you please share? עד שנפגש שוב (talk) 14:35, 5 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It's not a written rule but it should be apparent enough that it's disruptive. You might want to see your filter log. Mori Calliope fan talk 14:36, 5 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, I see. I'll be careful next time. Mori Calliope fan, Thanks! עד שנפגש שוב (talk) 14:38, 5 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I don’t understand what you did on 350.org but if your edits are minor please could you tick the “minor” box Chidgk1 (talk) 13:51, 6 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Chidgk1 I just removed extra spaces and unused parameters. will be careful next time! עד שנפגש שוב (talk) 16:31, 6 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

What you have done is extremely unhelpful, because by filling the page's editing history with useless stuff it makes it difficult for editors to see what is going on. Please observe the following.

  1. Don't make pointless changes which make no visible difference to the way a page is displayed, such as removing invisible spaces.
  2. Not only does removing infobox parameters which are not currently in use serve no useful purpose and cause difficulty in following editing history, but it may also make it more difficult for editors to find those parameters if they have a use for them in future.
  3. Always give an edit summary for each edit you make, briefly saying what you are doing, so that editors don't have to spend time looking at each edit and working out what it is supposed to do.
  4. Don't gratuitously use multiple tiny edits to achieve what could easily have been done in one edit.

These problems have occurred in much of your editing, but the article mentioned above by Chidgk1 is an absurdly extreme example, with 120 successive trivial and pointless edits. JBW (talk) 08:21, 7 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello JBW, I will take into account your remarks. Thanks for the help! עד שנפגש שוב (talk) 08:43, 7 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
