I am a professional with over 25 years of experience within the customer communications industry. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Printing Management.
I am an unpaid volunteer, serving on Xplor International's EDP Commission Board. I am making contributions to Wikipedia in service of the professional community of which I am an active member.
In 2022, Xplor awarded me the industry certification of Electronic Document Professional (EDP)®.
In 2023, Xplor again awarded me the industry designation of Master Electronic Document Professional (M-EDP).
