Psyphics is the screenname of wikipedian Joshua Newton. If you take issue with any of my edits, air your thoughts on my talk page. I tend to edit at work, so I cannot do exhaustive edits without appearing to be wasting work time.

Interests/Projects

• Comics - for character article template see this guideline
  • Literary present tense - There are a vast number of Wikipedia comics articles that need extensive copy-editing. Any biography, origin story, or history of a comic book character needs to be written in literary present tense.
  • Wiki-stress - Not every fictional character needs their own article!
• /Sandbox - Currently contains:
  • My work toward a good Jamie Madrox article.
• Philosophy
  • Nothing - survived AfD, needs a lot of work. I almost wish it hadn't, so work would be done on it.

My comic book knowledge doesn't span decades, so I mostly just copy-edit and make minor corrections.

• Tom Spurgeon's Comics Reporter Highly reliable, former Comics Journal editor and respected professional expert.
• The Comics Journals blog, Journalista Highly reliable online source.
• newsarama Good online source for news and interviews, does employ legal advice and does fact check.
• Comics Worth Reading Johanna Draper Carlson's site, she's a former DC online editor, so a good source, blogs but also reviews. Has written for TCJ and Comicology magazines.
• Paul Gravett's site Noted British expert, published three books now, written for TCJ and publisher of Escape magazine. Highly reliable source.
• Publishers Weekly archives Highly reliable source of news.
