Edit summary templates

I do a lot of obscure tasks, and keeping a consistent and well-written edit summary is helpful. These are now tracked in User:Aidan9382/scripts/defaultSummaries.js instead of here.

Same as above, but for content instead of edit summaries (and therefore not in the js script)
