Pasternak's Varykino
Surely this town is the basis for the fictional village of Varykino in Pasternak's Dr Zhivago? It is the right distance from Perm (the basis for Yuriatin) and there is a house in the village called Dom Pasternak where the author lived for a while in 1916. Varykino is based on the banks of the fictional river Rynva, Vsevolodo-Vilva is on the banks of the Vilva or Chan'va, so potentially a different transcription of the same Cyrillic or slight change.
