Removing copyvio

The article has for several years contained text which was in effect copied from the agency's own website at https://vnanet.vn/en/introl/vietnam-news-agency-trustworthy-and-strategic-information-centre-of-the-party-and-state-1033.html. While there were some differences in wording, the article covered the same topics in the same order, with sentence-by-sentence parallels. Not only was that a copyright violation, but the material being used was also self-promotional and thus inappropriate for the encyclopedia. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 06:25, 27 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
