article needs cleanup

The intro paragraph is ridiculously promotional. Also, this program hasn't been maintaned in 3 years, and looks lame in general. It might be of some value as a reference implementation and it might have been historically useful. Does anyone use it now? Phr (talk) 10:09, 12 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
