Bias?
This article appears to have a certain bias which I'm not sure is supported by the facts or sources cited. It also needs a cleanup of links, punctuation and such, which I'll gladly do, but I'm hesitant to work on it until someone knowledgeable in this area has had a look. Anyone? Thanks. No longer a fully HVDC project
