This seems like pure advertising. Many cycling forums contain a lot of criticism of this brake design but none of it can be found here (mainly how braking becomes very inefficient and because the front wheel brake actuation depends on the rear brake contact with the rim, it also becomes much more unpredictable than normal dirt-induced variance in friction).
