Questionable Neutrality and Potentially Libelous

Reading this page, all of the facts are selected to support one party, the Police Officer that shot Mr. Foley. This is inconsistent with the Court Action awarding Mr. Foley $5.5 million in damages. This cherry picking of facts may lack neutrality and may be libelous to Mr. Foley. This article should be re-written or expanded to offer a more balanced selection of facts, including facts supportive of the Court Action in this case.
