Edit reversion

I reverted an edit from User:Provcomm that a) used some partial language and b) removed references to the Sisters of Providence of Holyoke. From what I can gather the Holyoke reference is appropriate to keep in the article and mission statement language should be presented more appropriately to keep the article encyclopedic — I don't intend to stifle new editors and have no boat in this race, just trying to keep things neutral.
