Regarding the information provided about Scotty's *beating* related to "a drug deal gone bad", that should be removed. There is nothing to support what's been stated here, just rumors on imdb, and a website dedicated to Al Jolson, and not an authorized bio, nor does it include the supposed *beating* information. The above "Monkey on My Back" link doesn't work at all.

I have rewritten the statement of Scotty's death to exclude the rumor of his being beaten because of a drug deal. Unless there is proof of this and not just someone's reasonings based on Scotty's life story, the so called 'beating of a drug deal gone bad' should remain out of this article. dead links

The fifth and sixth links under "External Links" are dead. Also, the third link contains no information! Billcito (talk) 18:57, 1 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Last Paragraph

That last paragraph is taken verbatim from Leonard Maltin's Our Gang book. Plagiarism at its finest Maravelous (talk) 22:25, 12 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yep, I was just gonna say the same thing. Found this on another site: "According to Maltin and Bann's book, "The last 10 years of his life were filled with unpleasant stories of divorce, violence, drugs and arrests."" Someone with a little more time do something about this? Pretty unacceptable. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.192.215.104 (talk) 04:32, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
