The article currently has two conflicting date of births in the infobox, neither of which has a clear citation. It would be good if someone could find out the real date, otherwise it might be best to just delete them both. Relinus (talk) 20:19, 5 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Son of Gary Strobel (biologist)
Scott is the son of Gary Strobel, a biologist at Montana State University. Their work sometimes overlaps and they have collaborated on some projects. Having a famous biologist for a father probably helped to shape Scott's outlook and career, n'est-ce pas? Some casual browsers might want to know if Gary Strobel and Scott Strobel are related. Should this info go in the main article? AdderUser (talk) 20:24, 26 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
