As far as I know, there were not two generations of the Arosa, but just a single one.
The so called 'second generation (1999)' was only a facelift over the 1997 Arosa (Mk1).
PS: And even if it gonna be a second generation in the future,
it is expected to be the SEAT derivative of the forthcoming Volkswagen Group New Small Family car,
