Dates

Recently some of the dates were changed, but I can't find any reference to either the new or old dates. When the network start? When did it get renamed Prime Sports? The article now says the network was renamed prime in 1992. It was requested that this article be renamed but the procedure outlined at WP:RM#Requesting potentially controversial moves did not appear to be followed, and consensus could not be determined.
