Clearer NPOV indication
The article needs to make clear what this is, I'm assuming its some kind of legislative instrument of the United States Congress, but I don't know and the article doesn't say. Francis Davey (talk) 00:21, 18 November 2007 (UTC)
Fall 2008 revisions
Good work, 12.46.250.10. I have polished it up a little more, plenty more work to do on it, however. Would be really good to get some more citations in there, and the political situation in Utah is a little different than elsewhere. Please register as a wiki-user and continue the work, if you would. It is believed that this law came out of thin air. That is far from the truth it is a restriction placed on an 1851 law
