Cas9 Specific
I'm not entirely sure if this article was copied from elsewhere hence the observation but the article seems largely specific and almost implies that Cas9 is the one example of a protospacer adjacent motif. All endonucleases / types of CRISPR used have different PAMs. If I have time in the future I'll try to change the article myself.
