Move request: just like the article on Foothill Ranch, the title should also indicate Portola Hills as part of Lake Forest
As per the article on Foothill Ranch and how the title reflects its annexation into Lake Forest, the title of this article should also reflect the merge of Portola Hills into Lake Forest as well. Given that the Foothill Ranch and Portola Hills annexations by Lake Forest happened at almost the exact same time, I'm surprised that this article's title still doesn't demonstrate that fact.
