basic stub

I came across this guy while looking into Walt Kuhn. Seemed like kind of a crank, which I like, so I figured he should have a page of his own, even if only a stub. Just net info sources now, would be much improved with info from the book by Gilbert, but I don't feel like reading it. Not really my thing. Maybe someone else?

Also: Put him under Pop Hart rather than his real name because that appears to be how he signed his paintings.Valli Nagy 17:12, 29 July 2013 (UTC)
