I removed content, that as written screams bias, and a dead link. All articles are to be written from a neutral point of view but specifically a BLP "must adhere strictly" to this as well as verifiability, and no original research. Please see the appropriate section of: Biographies of living persons, as well as the fundamental principles that "Wikipedia is written from a neutral point of view". The content presented a bias, one-way view, against medicating death row prisoners.
