Romania
Since there seems to be some confusion with this, Rumania/Romania/Roumania operated a number of various marks of Nieuport, however the N.21 does not appear to have been used, rather the N.11 and the N.17 were used, either of which could be easily confused for the 21.NiD.29 (talk) 05:18, 28 May 2014 (UTC)
