5x expanded by HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk). Self-nominated at 21:35, 10 May 2020 (UTC).[reply]

  • The article was significantly expanded starting on May 10, but according to the DYK check tool it's not quite a 5x expansion. The article was 1241 characters before the expansion started, and is now 5631 characters. A true 5x expansion would be just over 6200 characters, leaving the current version 600 characters short. HickoryOughtShirt?4, is it feasible to squeeze another couple hundred characters in there?
Other than that, the expansion was recent enough and is at least 1,500 characters. It's policy-compliant and reliably sourced. On a spot check I don't see CV or paraphrasing issues.
The hook is formatted correctly and sufficiently interesting (my preference is the first one, his actions are a more interesting hook for him than the league's response). Hook fact is sourced. QPQ pending per the nominator's comments.
Included image is CC-licensed by way of Flickr and looks fine in miniature.
IMO once the length issue is sorted and the QPQ is done, this should be good to go. ♠PMC(talk) 00:07, 13 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Beauty! I couldn't resist jumping on a Quebec-related DYK since my own DYK was about Quebecois food :) Length all looks fantastic, soon as your QPQ is done we're solid. ♠PMC(talk) 23:09, 13 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
