This was moved to reflect English usage. Indeed, the source given used the title "Duke of Troppau". Charles 22:41, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
On 20 December 2010 User:Yopie moved Nicholas I, Duke of Troppau to Nicholas I, Duke of Opava claiming "according to sources". Yet, Google Books Search has
- for Duke of Troppau 127 hits
- for Duke of Opava 17 hits
