Removal of text and copypaste concerns
I've reverted to a previous version so as "to remove wall of text that made this article too specific to one service of one country. Although some of this material could be usefully integrated that's not the way to do it." (from edit log). This removal was not related to any copypaste concerns. As for those concerns then there is no copyright issue because, as a work of the Federal Government, the text is in the public domain. If any of the text is re-inserted into the article it should, however, be properly attributed, probably using {{CDC}}. Dpmuk (talk) 05:48, 5 February 2012 (UTC)
