Did you know... that architect Mikhail Eisenstein and his film-director son Sergei fought on opposite sides of the Russian Civil War?
How come that He is Russian? "His paternal grandparents being German Jews, had converted to Orthodox Christianity, and his maternal grandparents were Swedes." It would mean that all russians living in Latvia now are Latvians --BMXrace.lv (talk) 12:19, 15 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
He was Deutschbalte (Baltic German, according to Russian Newspaper article [1] on 90. Anniversary of his death in 1921.(71.137.194.11 (talk) 20:12, 12 March 2012 (UTC))[reply]
