According to the uploader, the man in front is the general
A poster at the help desk disputed that this image is really of General Treviño. I looked it up with Google image search and the best I could say is "maybe". He's not smiling in of the other pictures and they're obviously all rather old and in black and white so I really just can't say for sure, but I'd add that the face seems rounder than in other images. I'm somewhat confused now, or perhaps the original uploader was. These are obviously both taken relatively close together on the same day with mostly the same persons present. In the original, the claim was that the man in front of the line in the dark suit was Pérez Treviño and he is present in the second standing on the far right against the wall. In the second, are we to understand the man in the left foreground with the suspenders and a young woman leaning against his legs is Treviño? If so, he is also third in line in the first image. These men don't look much alike but I'm unsure which is supposed to be the article subject. Either way, both images are probably of limited use in identification for these reasons. It is a bit confusing. I'm trying to just find something else that we can reliably say is this man and can use here. I found this [1] and despite the copyright claim on the page I think it might be public domain. At the very least I think fair use could be argued. The man from the images has a much rounder face. [1] On the link I've included show two images of the General. After seeing the image on the article I've included you can see that the google results for his name show more images of the same pointy nose face.
