Line from Moat Lane

While I don't have a citable source to hand, I understand that the Moat Lane-Llanidloes section was kept open until 1967 to convey cement to the Clywedog Dam. Apparently the last train on the Mid Wales route was a Class 24 and three Presflow cement wagons. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.129.154.63 (talk) 20:23, 23 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
