Markale massacres
Do the Markale massacres qualify for this list? Should they be noted as part of a larger conflict? —C.Fred (talk) 17:45, 27 February 2022 (UTC)
- I would say no. Not only are they (apparently, but the burden of evidence would be on those seeking to include anyway) not described as terrorism by a consensus of references, but they would also fail the
and are not believed to have been carried out by a government or its forces
caveat from the lead sentence (which seems to be somewhat inconsistently included, but that's a matter for elsewhere I think). FDW777 (talk) 17:49, 27 February 2022 (UTC)
Beirut
On 21 December 1994 a car bomb in Chyah, Beirut, killed Fuad Mughniyeh. Two other people were killed in the explosion and sixteen wounded. Padres Hana (talk) 14:04, 2 April 2022 (UTC)
