Incorrect Info
According to Roth's book "Crazy from the Heat", it wasn't a cigarette and a 1/2 bottle of whisky. It was half a cheeseburger (he had been eating well), a whole soda pop (didn't say what kind), and half a joint. According to Dave, Ted Templeman yelled something out like "somebody get a cheeseburger" when they had the discussion about Dave cleaning up. Dave went out by himself and got some junk food.
