Previous investigations
It may be useful to list all the previous investigations made under the ICGS, for example, this source mentions Sir Michael Fallon and Damian Green. It appears John Bercow's investigation began from a complaint under the ICGS,[1] saying it produced a scathing 89-page report. However, it is unclear if the ICGS "issued" this report.
