Margot Kidder

I think Margot Kidder suffers from schizophrenia which lead to her breakdown. What the song is alluding to is the schizophrenic nature of being in a band - one minute being on top of the world, performing in front of many fans, then when the show has finished, going back to near obscurity in your daily life. I don't know if that should be put in the trivia along with the comment "the weary nature of the song". Just a point of discussion possibly Jubella 16:48, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Holloway Prison Blues

With regards to mention of Frank living in Holloway at the time. Perhaps it should also be taken into account that the rehearsal space where the band wrote the songs was also in Holloway. They were in the rehearsal room for hours every day for a month. Iamlars 15:18, 26 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A complete list of quotes/references/etc?

I'm new here so tell me if I'm wrong, but would it be a good idea to try to build up a 'complete' list of all the pop-culture, historical, and other references in all the Million Dead songs from both albums? Some major references and quotes have been picked out, but why not all of them? (eg. Holloway Prison Blues' "The leg bone is connected to the foot bone..." which is obviously a reference to a nursery rhyme) Or would doing this be too detailed? rogue_lettuce 16:53, 7 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
