Mjrmtg, Well, images of contemporary works of art cannot live at Commons. The image needs to be uploaded here at English Wikipedia under fair use. Are you familiar with this process? ---Another Believer (Talk) 15:10, 19 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
If not, you'll want to go to "upload file" in the lefthand side bar, then use the "This is a depiction of a copyrighted three-dimensional work or building..." option under "Non-free use rationale". Then, in the next screen you'll select 'sculpture' and fill out date, artist, photographer info, etc. ---Another Believer (Talk) 15:26, 19 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I've checked all of the boxes so far, then there are entries I don't know what to put. Under Image Status I checked "The author of the image has released the photographic work under a free license, or it is in the public domain" then there is a box to enter "Name the license or describe the public domain status". And then below that it says "In view of this, please explain how the use of this file will be minimal." and there is a box to type information. Both of these boxes have a red asterisk next to them which I think means they are mandatory entries. - Thanks for your help. --Mjrmtg (talk) 15:57, 19 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Mjrmtg, I'm not sure you need to write anything in the field after "The author of the image has released the photographic work under a free license, or it is in the public domain", as long as this box is checked. For the box after "Remember that the use of non-free files must be minimal", I always type out, "Only one image will be used once". For "Now describe who created the image', I type my user name, the date the photograph was taken, and "Self" for "Source".
