Overall: Gulbenk and Roswell native It doesn't appear that he was tasked with it (capturing possums-- also not capturing but providing), more that he volunteered. I've tagged several spots in the article as needing citations, ALT1ALT0 doesn't interest me, particularly as I haven't been able to verify that he was the main organizer. Otherwise, pretty good work! • Eddie891 Thank for undertaking this review. I'm certain that Park volunteered (and even competed) for the job of supplying the opossums. But "tasked" can mean selected or designated to perform a specific act, and that is exactly the case with Frank. In this operation, he was chosen and designated to complete that specific assignment of supplying 100 opossum. So he was "tasked" with that assignment. The opossums were wild, they all had to be captured (rather than bought from a farm or supplier). There is ample evidence that he delegated that aspect of the task to others (quite a few others, it seems). But whether he accomplished the deed personally, or through his agents, his job was to capture and deliver wild opossum to the chef. I haven't looked at the article, yet, so I'll go there now and undertake the matter of citations. Gulbenk (talk) 01:33, 23 July 2020 (UTC)

• Dictionary.com offers (as the first definition of Task): "a definite piece of work assigned to, falling to, or expected of a person; duty." So it would seem that you could volunteer to do something, and if it "fell to" you, or was "expected of" you (even though you volunteered) you were "tasked" with the job. With regard to "capture" [1] notes that "The Roman general assigned to capture the city was Marcellus." There can no doubt that it was agents (soldiers) under Marcellus who actually did the work of "capturing" the city. But it was Marcellus who was assigned to capture the place. • Thanks for working on these, QPQ is good, ALT1 and ALT2 are GTG. While I recognize the validity of either phrasing, I'd much rather prefer ALT2 as it's precise. Regardless of the citing of ALT0, I don't think it's particularly interesting. Eddie891 ^Talk _Work 12:49, 2 August 2020 (UTC)
