As well as M. sphincter urethrae externus <female>, both M. compressor urethrae <female> and M. sphincter urethrovaginalis <female> are listed/recognized by TA under Systemata Genitalia > Perineum > Deep perineal pouch; only M. sphincter urethrae externus <female> is listed under Systemata Genitalia > Female external genitalia > Female urethra, which may have led to the mis-statements in this article.
