There is no mention of an estimated date in Kelly's Early Domestic Architecture of Connecticut. The ell has a gambrel roof, so if that's original, the 1690 date is probably not close to correct. No first period features are noted in the HABS survey or Kelly's book; the ell probably dates to 1730+Old houses (talk) 00:12, 6 May 2021 (UTC)
