Removed POV statements from anon

I've removed the following from the article:

During the course of his tenure, the city has encountered financial and economic hardships the likes of which it had not experienced for the previous two decades. The local and regional media utilized this situation to publicize several well documented political miscues by Francis, which had led directly to further economic strife. As one local media anchor stated, "He isn't running a pita shop any more".

It is missing citations, implies causality that may not be true, and frankly seems to be crafted by someone with a clear bias against this man. If such criticisms are to be included, they require incontrovertible evidence with reliable citations. Mindmatrix 01:12, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

My question here is It states he has degrees in chemistry and biochemistry with honors. But where does he have a law degree ? States he is a entrepreneur and Lawyer?">Edmdood October 16,2009

Very good point. His bio on the City of Windsor site says he went to the U Windsor Law School and was called to the bar in 2002. I have added this info to the article. PKT(alk) 18:29, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
