Duncan Forbes was not a lord. He was Duncan Forbes of Culloden. He was for some time Lord President of the Court of Session.
- This point is correct; what's the best way of changing it? Create a new page?

Dates of office stated in infobox
If he died in December 1747, how could he be in office as Lord President of the Court of Session until June 1748? Unless it's simply a typo, some explanation is required...
