It would be helpful to have a Chemical Infobox for your compound (For reference, see this article: Wikipedia:Chemical infobox).

For the image generated from IBO, would be useful to mention that it was generated from IBOView.

Why is this compound Ta⁰? Is this not Ta⁵⁺ ? What do you mean by the zero??? Ta d⁰?

In the Reactivity > Chloride substitution section, it would help to have an image of the mentioned enolate ligand.

For the synthesis equation, I believe Wikipedia has nice arrows in the special character section.
