Removed PROD

I removed this PROD because the rationale was subjective and unrelated to any WP Policy or Guideline. This is not the best of articles, nor is it properly referenced. That said, its been around since 2006 and I doubt that notability is an issue. Indeed this article needs improvement, but should get the scrutiny of an AfD before its deleted.--Mike Cline (talk) 23:56, 26 February 2010 (UTC)
