Demographic Information

Unless I am misunderstanding this, the first line in the paragraph about demographics states:

"As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 326 people, 135 households, and 90 families residing in the town. The population density was 580.1 people per square mile (224.8/km²)"

How can the city of Cleo Springs have a pop. density of 580.1 when the physical population in 2000 was 326 people? I looked at the wiki for "Population Density" and it describes it as (total people in a given area) / (measurement of that area, typically in square km or mi).

Just pointing this out as it seems incorrect.
