Broken Bow is really salt water?

The first paragraph claims that Broken Bow is the largest salt water lake in OK. Is it true that it is salt water? It is a reservoir, correct? How did it become salt water? it seems like this would be a notable fact about the lake, if true, and would merit some more discussion.

I found this document which seems to confirm it is fresh water (<1 ppt salinity). https://www.owrb.ok.gov/quality/monitoring/bump/pdf_bump/Lakes/BrokenBow.pdf
