World War II service

Although Erwin served in the Army Air Forces during the World War II era, there are no reliable sources found as of yet state that he was in a war zone during the war. The sources say he served during World War II, but no mention of what he did or where. More specifically, the sources do not establish defining role in the World War II. Accordingly, "Category:United States Army Air Forces personnel of World War II" was removed until a defining role is established. Semper Fi! FieldMarine (talk) 12:26, 11 April 2022 (UTC)
