Presentism and bad sourcing
Does anyone really, honestly believe there were such things as “renovations grants” given to federal agencies in 1940? No? Good. So what does this tell us about a souce that can be cited for this sort of nonsense? Qwirkle (talk) 21:41, 12 February 2019 (UTC)
