Personal Life

Dr. Salahuddin was married to Talat Salahuddin. They were blessed with two children. One of them Sheeba, studied medicine but it is sad that she died at an early age of 45 years leaving behind four children. The elder daughter, Parveen is Ph.D. in biochemistry and had a very busy career in research and development. He was known for his devotion toward scientific causes, similar to his contemporaries i.e. Mahdi Hasan, Shamim Jairajpuri and others, in the community of AMU Aligarh.
